Travel Dates:

Wednesday, February 11 to Wednesday, February 18, 2026

Reduced Resort Fee: Only $15 per day (plus tax), compared to the standard $49 daily fee.

Complimentary Overnight Parking for hotel guests booked through our group rate (normally $25 per day).

Local and State Taxes: A 17.42% tax will be added to your room rate at checkout.

Reservations

To reserve your room, you can click on the Room Reservations - Hyatt Regency Maui button below or call the hotel at (808) 661-1234 and ask for reservations "Medical and Surgical Aspects of Esophageal and Foregut Disorders" group rate. 

Please book early - we have sold out quickly each year and can seldom add more rooms at the group rate. Discounted rooms are available Sunday, February 8th – Friday, February 20th.

Important - Individual Deposit and Cancellation  

When you make your reservation, you will be asked to provide the Hyatt Resort with a two-night deposit including room and tax. The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least (60) days prior to arrival date.

Should cancellations occur after that time, the following charges apply:

  • Individual guest room cancellation from (60) days to (8) days prior to arrival will be assessed one nights’ room and tax from the individual deposit.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within (7) days prior to arrival will be assessed two nights’ room and tax from the individuals deposit. 

The charge for additional guests over 18 is $80 plus tax.
