The fee includes attendance at all course sessions, course material, continental breakfast/beverage breaks on days when sessions are held, and receptions.

• Fellows: Fellows are eligible to receive a 50% discount. To request the discount code, please email Lisa Leeth at lisa@foregutfoundation.org.

• GI & Surgeon From the Same Institution: If a gastroenterologist and a surgeon from the same institution attend together, both will receive 50% off their registration. Please note: both physicians must be in practice – fellows are not eligible for this option. The refund will be provided in Hawaii once both participants have checked in.

Hotel Information: Upon completing your registration, you will be provided a link to hotel, car, and airfare reservation options.

Refund Policy: All cancellations MUST be made by contacting us via email. An administration fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds. There will be no refunds after December 20, 2025.
