We are excited to offer a 50% discount on registration for first-time attendees. Here’s how it works:

Who’s Eligible: A practicing surgeon who has attended the course before who brings a GI from the same institution, or a practicing GI who has attended the course before who brings a surgeon from the same institution.

How It Works: Register together, attend the course, and upon completion, we’ll provide the 50% discounted rate for the first-time attendee.

This offer applies to pairs attending from the same institution and encourages new perspectives while building on existing experience.

Offer applies to registered attendees only. Course faculty are not eligible to participate.

This is the 42nd year of the course, Medical and Surgical Aspects of Esophageal and Foregut Disorders: Pathophysiology and Treatment. We are pleased to announce that the venue for the 2027 course will be The Royal Sonesta Kaua'i Resort Lihue.

Upon completion of registration, you will be provided a link to hotel, car, and airfare reservation options.

Note: Payment must be made in US Dollars.

Refund Policy:  All cancellations MUST be made by contacting us using our email. An administration fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds. There will be no refunds after January 1, 2027.
